A mindfulness based practice that helps you tap into your body to explore and understand its sensations, to uncover the tools within and truly heal from whatever may be holding you back.

Through this practice, you will…

Group Sessions

weekly sessions held at Daily Flows Movement Studio

Each class will have a different theme that we will explore related to mental and emotional wellness. In a sound proof and intimate space, we will ground together as we set the intention for the class. We will then explore your body’s inner experience, naming sensations that arise. Using breath, sound and somatic practices we will incorporate movement inspired by yoga and dance to help you release emotions, thoughts and sensations. We will finish the class by slowing down the movement, ending in a final relaxation to manifest new sensations and desires.

Individual Sessions

90 minutes to explore your inner experience

We will begin by checking in to understand how you are feeling and what is coming up for you. Then, we will start with a grounding practice to establish a sense of safety in the space. From there we will begin exploring your inner experience - naming and identifying what you are noticing in the form of sensations in your body. Last, we will resource, to help you find the tools within to cope with your experience. We will then come back together to discuss your experience and what you can continue to do on your own.
